Sunday marked the end of Valencia’s Fallas Festival, a celebration held in the Spanish city commemorating Saint Joseph.

The holiday, usually celebrated in March, was moved to September due to the coronavirus restrictions. During the festival, giant papier-mache sculptures, known as fallas, are set up across the city, before being ceremoniously burned on the final evening.
