Novel coronavirus case in Syria remains "stable"

The person who has been infected with the novel coronavirus in Syria is in stable condition, the Health Ministry said on Monday.

The person is under direct medical supervision and will be tested clinically every three days until full recovery, the ministry said.

A day earlier, the Health Ministry said one novel coronavirus case was discovered in Syria and is put into quarantine.

Meanwhile, the ministry said tests have been run on several suspected cases over the past 24 hours and all came negative.
