Xi extends Chinese New Year greetings to all Chinese

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Monday extended Chinese New Year greetings to all Chinese people home and broad.

Xi made the remarks on Monday at the Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center where he inspected market supply for the Chinese New Year during an inspection tour to southwest China's Yunnan Province.
