Ukraine to expel Russian consul in Odessa

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has declared Russia's consul in the city of Odessa "persona non grata" in response to Moscow's earlier expulsion of a Ukrainian diplomat, according to a statement on Tuesday.

The Russian official must leave Ukraine by the end of day on April 30, the statement reads.
