Cuba announces reforms to expand small and medium private business

The Cuban government recently announced it is expanding opportunities for small and medium private enterprises.

It comes as the island tries to revive its economy following the on-going COVID-19 pandemic and U.S. sanctions. The move is aimed at helping Cuban businesses expand.
