Japan's largest fashion trade show to take place November 7-9 in Tokyo

The largest fashion trade show in Japan, FASHION WORLD TOKYO 2016[NOVEMBER], will be held from November 7 (Mon) - 9 (Wed), 2016 at Tokyo Big Sight.

The exhibition consists ofseven specialised fairs: Textiles, Fashion wear, Bags, Shoes, Fashion Jewellery, Men's fashion and OEM. The number of exhibitors has increased by 190 to 860 compared to last year, and it will attract 28,000 buyers from all over the world.

The highlight of this year is TEXTILE TOKYO, which has started to gain more attention after last year's launch. Ranging from Japan-made textiles with commitment to quality, to new unique materials, a variety of products can be found under one roof.

A newProduction Technology Zone will also be launched for this edition, which will make the fair more satisfying for fashion manufacturers.

Led by Japanese companies such as ''Uni Textile'' and ''Lily Lace'' who are proud of Japanese quality, 100 companies will exhibit from all over the world in the second edition of this fair, includingtextile manufacturers of cotton, silk andsynthetic fiber, leather manufacturers andfashion material manufacturers of buttons andzippers.

One of the most attention-drawing exhibits will be Japanese new textiles developed by the latest technology. A new comer "Lametex" will announce a new product, which provides a solution for rough feeling of the glitter fabric surface by combining processing technologies of glitter fabric and elastic fiber.

Additionally, theshow will gatherexhibitors carrying new and unique materials, such as special textile with "Prousion" (Ceramic ion material) that improves blood circulation, recovers muscle fatigue and eliminates active oxygen,a material knitted with Mino washi paper (Unesco World Heritage listed) featuring its smooth touch to the skin, and atextile that aims for activated carbon effect by using the thread spun out of carbonized cotton.

100 designers will gatherin the special "Designer's Gate" area
