Five local reporters detained for disclosing state secrets in Myanmar

Five reporters including the chief executive officer of the local Myanmar private "Unity Journal" have been detained and interrogatedin connection with an article of the journal charged with disclosing the state secret, state media reported Thursday.

The article of the journal, issued on Jan. 25, was titled " Secret Chemical Weapon Factory".

They were also accused of trespassing on the restricted area of the Puuk Myanmar police station.
