Wang Yi urges against unilateralism in COVID-19 conference

Chinese State Councilor and Foreign MinisterWang Yi on Tuesday urged against unilateralism, protectionism, and bullying in a virtual meeting on the fight against the COVID-19 with foreign ministers from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.

Wang urged countries to jointly create and safeguard a peaceful and stable development environment. He said that developing countries and small and medium-sized countries will be the first to suffer if unilateral powers continue out of control.
