Taliban order members to enter Kabul: spokesman

The Taliban has ordered its fighters to enter the Afghan capital Kabul, a spokesman for the group said on Sunday.

The statement by Zabihullah Mujahid came shortly after reports saying President Ashraf Ghani had left the country.
