Peru to hold presidential elections in April amid COVID pandemic

Peruvians go to the polls on April 11, but polls show only one candidate has more than 10 percent of the potential vote.

The same polls indicate that a third ofPeruvians aredissatisfiedwith the candidates andmany will decide on election day.
