CMG hails CGTN's Nathan King's professionalism covering Capitol riots

China Media Group (CMG) on Wednesday praised CGTN America correspondent Nathan King for his professionalism during the coverage of the storming of the U.S. Capitol earlier this month.

On the afternoon of January 6, many news outlets, including CGTN America, were attacked by demonstrators at their usual live-shot positions outside the Capitol building in Washington, D.C.

Nathan King showed great professional spirit and finished his live reports even after demonstrators damaged the news production equipment, said CMG.
