See what thousands of people are dealing with after frigid temperatures in the usually-warm state of Texas have caused thousands of pipes to freeze and burst.

Nearly 500,000 people are still without power after a massive winter storm blanketed cities in ice and snow. Many people still don’t have running water due to attempts to prevent pipe damage.
