At least five killed, 40 injured in Helmand bombing

At least five people were killed and about 40 were injured in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan's Lashkargah city, Helmand province on Wednesday.

According to Omar Zwak, the provincial governor’s spokesperson, the incident took place outside police headquarters. The dead include two soldiers and three civilians.

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
