During a raid conducted by Afghan forces, at least 35 civilians were killed and 13 people wounded, officials informed on Monday.

Those killed were attending a wedding party. According to a report published in Reuters, “the officials said the house being used by the Taliban to train suicide bombers was located adjacent to the bride’s home that came under fire during Sunday night’s attack.”

The officials informed that the raid was against a foreign terrorist group that had been conducting attacks there.

Casualties occurred when a terrorist detonated a suicide vest. The raid was conducted to apprehend the terrorists who got training there to become suicide bombers.

An official was quoted informing, “During the operation, a large warehouse of the terrorists’ supplies and equipment was also demolished.”
