As vaccines roll out in Brazil it was time for our correspondent Paulo Cabral to get his shot. See what it was like.

Vaccinations are still slow in coming in Brazil but in recent weeks the state of São Paulo began setting up more vaccinations for four medicines: China's CoronaVac, Astra-Zeneca from the UK, Germany and the U.S.'s Pfizer, and JJ from the U.S.

So far, a little more than 33% of the population got at least one dose and almost 12% are fully vaccinated.

"My brother died of Covid-19 two months ago. He did not have the time to wait for the good will of the Brazilian Government," said Elaine Peres, a lawyer who was getting vaccinated in São Paulo.
