Mexico City train crash is under investigation

In Mexico City, international investigators are combing through the rubble of Monday night's infrastructure collapse of an elevated metro rail. A concrete slab gave way,and two metro cars came plummeting down onto trafficbelow.

At least 25 people died and scores were injured.
