Canadian residents struggle with restrictions amid third COVID-19 wave

In the U.S., where vaccination rates are relatively high, there is optimism that the worst of the pandemic is over. Not so north of the border. Canada is struggling with a third wave of COVID-19 which has triggered more restrictions.
