China's PLA air force conducts combat patrol

China's PLA Air Force conducted a combat patrol as part of regular high seas training on Dec. 11, a military spokesperson said on Tuesday.

According to spokesperson Shen Jinke, a squadron of various types of planes, including bombers and fighter jets, patrolled Miyako Strait and Bashi Channel.

The Chinese air force started regular high seas training in 2015.
