Protests continue against police brutality in Minnesota

Tense but peaceful protests against police brutality continued outside of the Brooklyn Center Police Department, in the wake of the police killing of Daunte Wright, a black man, during a traffic stop in a suburb outside of Minneapolis.

Wright’s family has joined community leaders in demanding more severe charges against white former police officer Kim Potter, who has been charged with second-degree manslaughter.
