UK health secretary Hancock follows PM Johnson in testing POSITIVE for Covid-19

The UK’s health secretary Matt Hancock has tested positive for coronavirus just hours after Prime Minister Boris Johnson revealed that he is carrying the disease.

Hancock said on Twitter that he has mild symptoms and is self-isolating at home. The news comes less than two hours after Johnson announced that he is infected with the virus.

The latest figures show that the UK has over 11,800 confirmed cases of coronavirus infection which has, so far, resulted in the deaths of 578 people.
