Black Eyed Pilseung, the K-pop music production duo responsible for writing hit songs for TWICE, launched a new music label-entertainment agency on Thursday.
The team, formed of composers Song Joo-young and Choi Kyu-sung, announced the launch of its company High Up Entertainment, created in partnership with CJ E&M. The company plans to hold a national talent-scouting audition tour in January.
Formed in 2014, Black Eyed Pilseung has become one of K-pop's most successful, sought-after production teams, responsible for delivering numerous idol music hits, including "Cheer Up" and "Likey" by TWICE and Sister's "Touch My Body."
High Up plans to unveil a new girl group in 2018.
