Bonsai-like mangroves thrive in south China's Techeng Island

Techeng Island in Zhanjiang City, south China's Guangdong Province, is home to one of the most beautiful mangrove trees in China.

The picturesque tourist resortfeatures 50.7 square kilometers of mangrove forests. Many of the bonsai-like mangrove trees growing in the southeastern part of the island are over 100 years old.
