Peru president Martín Vizcarra impeached by Congress

Manuel Merino has become Peru’s interim head of congress after President Martín Vizcarra accepted Congress’s decision of impeachment. Vizcarra is accused of corruption. He says he won’t seek legal action against the impeachment.
