China receives 25.7 bln yuan of donations for epidemic control

A total of 25.7 billion yuan (around 3.68 billion U.S. dollars) of charitable donations across China for coronavirus epidemic prevention and control had been received as of the end of Wednesday, according to the China Charity Alliance (CCA).

The total value of the donations comprised about 24.1 billion yuan of large donations (over 100,000 yuan in a single donation), and about 1.6 billion yuan through about 400 fundraising projects on the Internet, the CCA's incomplete statistics showed.
