Philippines receives first batch of Chinese Sinovac vaccine

The first batch of 1 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine produced by Chinese pharmaceutical company Sinovac Biotech arrived in Manila, capital of the Philippines, on Monday.

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, and other government officials together with Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian welcomed the arrival.
