Confirmed coronavirus cases in South Korea rise to 23

South Korea confirmed four more cases of the new coronavirus on Thursday, bringing the total to 23. The new patients include three Koreans and one Chinese citizen. Two patients reported yesterday were believed to have got infected in Singapore. South Korea says it is not immediately tightening entry restrictions into the country.
