China issues guidelines, vows to boost private sector

China vows to accelerate the optimization of the business environment for private enterprises and support the expansion of the private sector, according to the latest guidelines jointly released by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.

According to the guidelines, the country will strive to fully implement policies to protect fair competition in the market and promote private sector development.

China will boost policy support for the private sector, including measures to improve capital funding.

The guidelines also promise to strengthen legal guarantees for the private sector. This will serve to enhance the operational environment of private enterprises.
