Districts in NE China city classified as COVID-19 low-risk areas

Three districts in the city of Jilin in northeast China's Jilin Province have been classified as low-risk areas of COVID-19 starting from Sunday, according to the provincial headquarters for epidemic prevention and control.

The three districts consist of Fengman District, which had been regarded as an epidemic high-risk area, and the districts of Changyi and Chuanying that were formerly classified as mid-risk areas.

As of Saturday, Jilin Province had reported a total of 136 confirmed domestically transmitted cases and 19 imported cases, with 78 people still under quarantine and medical observation, the provincial health commission said.
