Kenya's opposition to challenge presidential results in court

Kenya's opposition leader Raila Odinga said on Wednesday he would challenge last week's disputed presidential election results in the Supreme Court.

Odinga told a news conference in Nairobi that he will expose fraud which occurred during the electoral process.

He however gave no dates when NASA would file their complaint.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on Friday night announced that Uhuru had won the election, garnering 8,203,290 votes, while his closest rival, Raila Odinga, garnered 6,762,224 votes.

NASA dismissed the results of the vote, saying they had been doctored to favor President Uhuru.

It however said it would not go to court to challenge the election, hinting that it would use other means.
