China summons U.S. charge d'affaires over Hong Kong issue

Chinese Vice Foreign MinisterZheng Zeguang on Tuesday summoned the charge d'affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Beijing and made solemn representations with the U.S. side over itssanctions on Chinese officials.
