NEW YORK, June 10 (Xinhua) -- The number of COVID-19 cases in the United States topped 2 million on Wednesday, reaching 2,000,464 as of 11:13 p.m. (0313 GMT Thursday), according to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University.

Meanwhile, the national death toll of COVID-19 rose to 112,924, according to the CSSE. ■
