Senior Chinese diplomat delivers video address on China-U.S. relations

Yang Jiechi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee, is delivering a speech on Tuesday on the state of China-U.S. relations and prospects for the future.

It is his first speech to the American audience since the Biden administration took office.
