Two people killed in shooting rampage in western California

Two people were killed and several others injured, including a highway patrol officer, in a shooting spree Monday in Lake County in the U.S. state of California, local media reported.

The two men killed were found in a residential neighborhood in western California that the gunman has a connection to, Lake County Sheriff Brian Martin was quoted by local media as saying. The names of the victims were not released immediately.
