In drug news of a different kind...

China's southwest border province, Yunnan, is still being hit hard by drug trafficking.

Border police say they seized nearly five tons of narcotics last year and captured more than 2,800 suspects, in some 2,450 cases.

Drugs seized in Yunnan accounted for more than 80 percent of total narcotics seized by Chinese border police, in 2012.

The province shares a 4000-kilometre-long border with Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam, making it an easy target for "Golden Triangle" traffickers...
