Thirty-four victims of a landslide in east China's Fujian Province on Sunday have been identified by police, many through DNA tests, the rescue headquarters said Wednesday.
The landslide occurred at about 5 a.m. on Sunday in Taining County, when about 100,000 cubic meters of mud and rock buried a temporary accommodation shed at a hydropower station construction site and damaged offices.
As of Wednesday, 35 people were confirmed dead. One person remains missing.
