António Guterres, UN Secretary-General

The Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, was in China as a special guest at the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in 2018. Mr Guterres said the forum has become a model for South-South cooperation, and the UN would work with China to promote multilateralism.
