Ports experience major congestion as pandemic continues

The ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles are experiencing record congestion – with dozens of container ships having to wait for weeks to dock and unload.

Port services were reduced to meet coronavirus restrictions at the same time Americans were shopping online in record numbers—mainly for products manufactured in China.
