Home, handwork exhibition in Munich ignites life ideas

Home and Handwork exhibition opens here in Munich International Exhibition Center on Wednesday morning, aiming to ignite and realize individual life ideas.

The annual event offers a wide range of products for building, furnishing and living. In 2013, 902 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions showed their products and services on the exhibition, which started since 1978.

The exhibition covers from interior decoration and design, interior fittings, energy-efficient construction to technical equipment, tools, machines and DIY equipment, household appliances and products, according to the organizer, who expects more than 100,000 visitors.

Visitors will profit from diverse products of regional companies and craftsmen, who prepare themselves to give professional suggestions, said Hellmuth Pusch, who is in charge of the project.

This year's Home and Handwork exhibition opens its door from 9: 30 (0830 GMT) to 19:00 local time every day, lasting from Nov. 26 to 30.
