A school bus carrying dozens of pupils fell off a cliff in Cebu City in central Philippines on Wednesday morning, police said.

No one was killed or injured in the accident as authorities rescued all the 28 school children, and seven other passengers immediately at the site of the crash, Central Visayas regional police ChiefGeneroso Cerbo said.

The incident occurred at Quiot village at around 9 a.m. local time. Though there was no casualties in the accident, the victims were rushed to the Cebu City Medical Center for treatment.

Cerbo said the bus had trouble going uphill. The driver then lost control of the steering wheel of the vehicle, which later fell on a cliff.
