People assess the damage in China’s Henan province after heavy rain in Zhengzhou flooded the area, leaving at least 25 people dead.

Several cities are paralyzed by flood waters, with cars submerged and tunnels flooded.

Members of the rescue organization Bluesky assembled in Beijing Wednesday before heading to Zhengzhou to help.
