See the bizarre moment Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha averted answering questions on the latest cabinet reshuffle by spritzing questioning journalists with his bottle of hand sanitizer.

Journalists were curious why three former cabinet ministers were removed from their posts last month, and why leaders from the People’s Democratic Reform Committee were convicted of insurrection, obstructing elections and invading government property during protests against the government of Yingluck Shinawatra, before Prayuth -then the army chief- overthrew her government.
