Hong Kong always part of China: chief executive

Hong Kong is a part of China and the fact would never change, Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said on Tuesday.

Leung made the remarks while speaking with reporters before an Executive Council meeting.

He was commenting on the "one country, two systems" principle.
