According to recent reports, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), is planning a moon mission called Chandrayaan 3. The deadline of the mission is said to be November 2020.
The permission to conduct the mission will be sought from the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Previously ISRO conducted another moon mission in September 2019. Other future programmes of ISRO are Gaganyaan, which will explore the Moon and Venus.
A solar mission, called Aditya L1 is also scheduled for next year. Chandrayaan-3 mission entails sending Jaxa lander and rover to the south pole of the Moon for the purpose of exploration.
ISRO is currently selecting a site, and working on different types of navigations, including local navigation on moon. A detachable part could also be attached to the rover to carry fuel etc.
