Some of the cast members and crew came to the premiere to show support for the event.

SOUNDBITE (ENGLISH) MARTIN FERRERO, "Jurassic Park" actor

"I wonder if they thought about this when they did it 20 years ago. I do not know. 3D was not the rage that time. And I wonder how they were able to put it in in 3D, how that is gonna look. I am looking forward to see it tonight."

SOUNDBITE (ENGLISH) HAWK KOCH, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

"It is very popular right to take some of the old classic movies and make them 3D. Because it is a new way to see them. When we love movies, I watch movies that I love over and over and over again, and when I get to see them in a new format, that is really exciting."

"Jurassic Park" centers on fictional island Isla Nublar near Costa Rica's Pacific Coast, where a billionaire philanthropist and a small team of genetic scientists have created an amusement park of cloned dinosaurs.

Although it is the same film that came out in 1993, people are still looking forward experiencing the classic display in 3D.

SOUNDBITE (ENGLISH) DENNIS MUREN, Visual effects supervisor

"It seems like it was only about 2 years ago we did the movie. So it is petty strange be 20 years. I am looking forward to see it in 3D cause I have not seen it yet. So I am gonna see how it came out. Should be adding awful lot to the experience, dinosaurs in your face, in your lab, stuff like that."

"Jurassic Park 3D" will officially come to the big screen on Friday.
