Former President Evo Morales returned to Bolivia after a year in exile, to supporters cheering his arrival. Morales still faces charges of treason and sedition but a judge has cancelled his arrest warrant. On Sunday, a protege of Morales was sworn in as president after winning the presidential election with 55% of votes. Morales’s political party has also kept its majority in congress.
