Taiwan authorities refuse South China Sea arbitration award

Taiwan said Tuesday it "absolutely won't accept" the award of an arbitral tribunal in the South China Sea arbitration established at the request of the Philippines.

The island's leader's office said that the ruling "is not legally binding."
