FM calls for deepening BRI cooperation in economic recovery

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Tuesday called for deepening cooperation unswervingly under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative to boost an early recovery of the world economy.

Wang, also Chinese State Councilor, made the remarks when attending an opening ceremony of the fifth Silk Road International Exposition and the Investment and Trade Forum for Cooperation between East and West China via video link in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province.
