Urgent: IEA cuts annual global oil demand forecast for first time since 2009

The International Energy Agency (IEA) cut its forecast for global oil demand in 2020 by around 1 million barrels per day due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the first annual decline since 2009, according to an IEA report on Monday.
