Activities were held in Sichuan Tianfu New Area on Oct 28 to further optimize its business environment.
The organizers invited more than a dozen of inspectors to experience the business environment in Sichuan Tianfu New Area by visiting the Sichuan Tianfu New Area Government Affairs Service Center, Sichuan Intellectual Property Operation Center Chengdu Center and Tianfu International Fund Town.

They got to know about Tianfu New Area's achievements in business environment reform and innovation in aspects including starting a business, government affairs services, tax payment, intellectual property creation, protection and application, and access to credit.
Liu Liexiong, chairman of Sichuan Xinyi Investment Property Co Ltd, said he was deeply impressed by the convenience and high efficiency of the Sichuan Tianfu New Area Government Affairs Service Center.
He also spoke highly of the business environment inspector mechanism, mentioning that the mechanism would truly reflect the difficulties and problems encountered by enterprises, which will help the new area optimize its business environment.

"The measures taken by Tianfu New Area are very pragmatic and forward-looking," said Long Shunbiao, southwest region director of Shandong Jite Industrial Technology Co Ltd.
He noted that a series of new measures have been adopted at the service windows of the Sichuan Tianfu New Area Government Affairs Service Center as well as the on-line service platform, making the experience faster and more convenient.
Yin Yali, general manager of Sichuan Zhifa Zhixiang Intellectual Property Operation Co Ltd, said the service windows of the Sichuan Intellectual Property Operation Center Chengdu Center are clearly classified and the services are quite considerate, which will bring a lot of convenience to enterprises.

Some inspectors were invited to attend a seminar and had face-to-face communication with officials from relevant departments that are in charge of the new area's business environment indicators.
The officials introduced the highlights of Tianfu New Area's business environment reform, while the inspectors put forward opinions and suggestions on such issues as making mobile government service terminals more user-friendly, intensifying policy publicity and promotion, standardized management of cluster registered enterprises, intellectual property services for university researchers, and employment of university students.

"The continuous improvement of the business environment vividly shows the development speed of the new area," said Yang Can, director of Easy Law Firm, who participated in the one-day event.
He said that the places visited during the event had changed a lot from a year ago, when he first became an inspector, especially in terms of service efficiency, adding that he was particularly impressed by the new area's reform of examination and approval services.
An official at the new area's administrative examination and approval bureau said that he hopes the inspectors will act as supervisors, liaison persons and publicity agents to help create a high-quality business environment. He also asked the relevant departments to promptly respond to the problems raised by inspectors and the difficulties faced by market entities to better improve the business environment.
