LRA commander Dominic Ongwen guilty of war crimes: ICC

Dominic Ongwen, an alleged commander in Uganda's shadowy Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), was convicted of war crimes and crimes against humanity, the International Criminal Court (ICC) ruled on Thursday.

"His guilt has been established beyond any reasonable doubt," presiding judge Bertram Schmitt said.
